Our Mandolin Back and Sides sets can be either Sugar Maple or Red Maple, the product number will show either SM or RM respectively.
This Sugar Maple set graded as a A, with dimensions of each book matched piece for the back measuring 6” x 18” x1” thick. Grading is based on figure, grain orientation, and color. The matched sides will generally measure 2.5” x 30”~ x .150” thick.
